Commercial Lines Client Service Representative CSR C/L

CSRs C/L are an integral part of the commercial team. They are the front-line to clients and therefore need to have a strong desire and passion for being in service. FSB has up-to-date- training for every CSR to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the products and services, but even more important that they understand that this is a culture of listening, asking questions, problem solving and creating solutions that consider the complexities of each clients’ needs. Each case is different and at times you will educate the client about which product(s) is available to help make their company or business a success as they grow.

We believe team players. As a CSR you will work closely with a producer(s) as well as liaise with the Insurance Companies and/or insured. You need to have an attention to detail and accuracy, be of an inquisitive mind, enjoy variety and be solution-oriented. Reviewing, reporting, marketing and negotiating, and educating are just part of your job requirement. This is a fast-paced work environment where no day is the same!
