One of FSB’s strengths is the level of training it provides beginning with the newest employees up to and including employees whom have been with FSB for years. This is also reinforced by the open-floor concept that allows each person to assist one another with questions, concerns, and creating solutions.
New employees are trained and educated on products, processes, FSB guidelines, procedures and more. CSRs have weekly meetings where issues are addressed, policy or procedural changes are discussed and any other issues relating to client services. Producers meet once a month to keep up-to-date of any procedural or guideline changes that may impact their clients as well as insurance product information. Again, it is a forum to raise issues or concerns.
Insurance Company Training
FSB and the Insurance Companies are continuously training the FSB group on existing and new products that come available. Being knowledgeable gives the FSB team the ability to provide that high level of service and offer their client base the products that meet their needs.
FSB has launched an education program that allows FSB employees the ability to further their education in the Insurance field.
FSB, has encouraged all employees to partake in the CIP program designation. FSB contributes a portion of the cost for this program upon successful completion.
