Personal Lines Client Service Representative CSR P/L

CSRs P/L are an integral part of the personal lines team. They are the front-line to clients and therefore need to have a strong desire and passion for being in service. FSB trains each and every CSR to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the products and services, but even more important that they understand that this is a culture of compassion, listening and asking questions in order to meet the individual needs and requirement of each and every client.

We believe in team players. As a CSR you will work closely with a producer(s) as well as liaise with the Insurance Companies and/or insured. You need to have an attention to detail and accuracy and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Reviewing, reporting and processing are just part of your job requirement. Most important is that you love helping people!
