FSB welcomes the input and suggestions from their employees and has recently set up a steering committee which engages the employees to be part of change process.
The intention of this committee is to bring together all areas of the FSB group – CSRs, administrative, processors, marketers and producers – to discuss issues that impact one another and ways to improve productivity, flow of work, communication, policies, procedures and processes. The committee will rotate its members to capture different perspectives and suggestions. The facilitator of the committee ensures that the group stays focused on the task at hand.
